The Parties

The Agreement

Renee Rice owns Silver Run Chapel and will maintain the property, including utilities, insurance, and upkeep.

Matt & Heather Headley will manage weddings and events at the venue, handle all marketing and client communications, and pay Renee $500 per wedding booked (venue fee).

What's Included

• Matt & Heather manage all bookings, contracts, and day-of coordination
• Website, Instagram, Pinterest, and full marketing for Silver Run Chapel
• Listing on The Aisle platform (reach 500+ engaged couples)
• Matt available as ordained officiant for ceremonies

Term & Termination

Initial term of 6 months from the date of signing. After the initial term, this agreement continues until either party terminates with 30 days written notice. All previously booked weddings are honored regardless of termination.
